I was initially nervous that the course was 'one-to-one' however this meant that we were able to tailor the course to my requirements and to talk about any specific areas of concern and need. Working 'one-to-one' also meant that we were able to come up with action plans for how I can deal with situations in the future. In addition to this the course helped build confidence and enabled me to recognise strengths as well as weaknesses. As a result I have felt more equipped to deal with situations and have already put suggestions into practice.
