I really enjoyed the course and was very lucky to have it tailored to my needs. It gave me the opportunity to think about my own communication style – through the use of the questionnaires and new techniques (such as changing the tone of my voice). It also helped me understand how my team tick and how they relate to the way I speak to them. My take home message is to adapt my approach to each employee!

The trainer was excellent and he made the atmosphere very relaxed and informal, so I felt I could be open about my skills and development needs.

I am also very impressed with the after course support. This is very helpful, since not every communication scenario can be covered during the day. So I feel this has given me the opportunity to ask questions when I most need to.
