Course Joining Instructions

Joining instructions for all courses will be sent, approximately 5 days prior to the course delivery date, by e-mail.

Development Fees

Training and Development Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to levy a course development fee when the customisation of a course results in the course material being rewritten, either in part or wholly. This fee will be agreed on a case-by-case basis and will be confirmed before any work is started.

Payment Terms

An invoice will be e-mailed to clients within 5 days of the course delivery date. If this is not acceptable, please inform us when the course is booked and an alternative method will be found.

All fees are to be paid to Training and Development Solutions (UK) Ltd within 30 days of course delivery. Failure to do so will incur late payment administration fees as detailed below:

• Non-payment 15, 30 and 45 days after the due date of payment as quoted on our invoice will incur an administration fee of £40 where the debt is under £1000, £70 where the debt is between £1001 and £1000 and £100 where the debt is £10,001 or greater for each period of non-payment to cover the cost of issuing reminders.
• If payment is not received 60 days after the due date of payment as quoted on our invoice then the matter will be placed in the hands of solicitors to recover the debt and a further £100 or 10% of the total invoice amount, whichever is the greater, will be added to the outstanding amount to cover solicitors' costs.
• In addition late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Cancellation of either a public or in-house course, within 10 working days of the course commencement date, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the course fee.

Training and Development Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course at any time without notice.

Training and Development Solutions (UK) Ltd accepts no liability for costs incurred due to a cancellation made by Training and Development Solutions (UK) Ltd.

Training Locations and Venues

Training and Development Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to use venues other than those listed here and no guarantee is given or implied that the venues listed will the venues used.

We also reserve the right to change venue at short notice, but will provide all delegates with alternative venue details as soon as is possible. Furthermore, we will not be held liable for any cost incurred by delegates should the venue for their training course be altered at short notice.
