Most of us have to deal with stress every day, but do we really know what effect it has on us? What are the causes of stress? What are the physical and psychological implications of dealing with high stress levels? This course examines many of the issues surrounding stress and its resulting consequencesand looks at ways in which we can deal with the things we find stressful.
