This motivation course is well thought out and designed to help managers develop their motivational techniques, by understanding what is required and what works. For me it was brilliant. I have been to many management training courses and all touch on motivation and it's theories, but this course explores them in some depth but then allows you to consider how the application of the theory will help in the work place.
I have devised a plan that I will be implementing when I return to the office and expect to see an immediate improvement in my team's motivation and output.
