Our 'Introduction to Management and Leadership' is a comprehensive two day course that will give delegates and insight into the management and leadership of people as one of the key areas that effects motivation and productivity in business today making them aware aware of different management and leadership styles and the affect they can have on others.
Successful managers are able to develop and use a range of management and leadership styles and to apply the most appropriate one for the task facing them. The management style may also need to adapt to fit with different teams and individuals. This course will provide delegates with a range of management styles and the ability to judge when best to use each.
